UPDATE 2009: I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO GIVE THIS BOOK AWAY BECAUSE OF SERIOUS COPYRIGHT ISSUES. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DIVIDING THE MANUSCRIPT INTO 3 PARTS. WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETED, SOMETIME IN 2010/11, I WILL INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT WHERE TO BUY THEM, ETC.
