need someone to polish the dish tommorrow so it is more snuggleriffic.
need one or two people to run saw, cut and stack firewood into plastic containers
could use some help with the wrench turning also.
Jelly, can we transport the dish to the studio prior to next Saturday?
do we still want to set up the 4-5 monitors to play space movies (ie; startrek, 2001 oddysey, spaceballs etc..)
and if so can that be put in the studio earlier than Sat. also?
I am not sure what the outside fire duty from 1a.m. involves but I will more than likely be out there any way, so just clue me in and call me the man.

Re: Dish & Rocket fuel
Fri, April 4, 2008 - 9:22 AMHi Bob. I put a promo for your work requests out on Reno-List and it should hit the other posts soon too. Thanks for volunteering for outside fire duty, but I'd rather have somebody that does not have there hands as full as you with all you are doing. Don't worry, I have a shlep in mind and have not told them yet that they must be stone cold sober when they go on duty due to the possible interactions with law enforcement officers.
That's a "go" for your movies if you are ok to show them with the sound is turned completely off. Please contact Izard who is running the Deep Space Chill Room so he can place that, and your dish with everything else. Some feel that room will be the most popular of the event.
Thanks again for everything you are doing to make this a Reno-Compression event to be remembered. I know lots of peeps will take great delight in your contributions.
At the meeting, please coordinate with Justin regarding your fire safety plan.
Cheers,
-Jellyfish

Re: Dish & Rocket fuel
Sun, April 6, 2008 - 1:10 AMJust curious, is the dish going to rotate with a motor or just lay on the floor? -

Re: Dish & Rocket fuel
Sun, April 6, 2008 - 10:23 AMRotate, Vibrate, tilt-awhirl, pulse with light, and massage mode will all be available just as soon as total community integration is achieved.
currently the dish is suspended in "lay on the floor" mode
You, Cadet Aya have the unique opportunity over the next six days to install casters and elwire to enhance the cosmic effects of the lounge dish. -

Re: Dish & Rocket fuel
Mon, April 7, 2008 - 2:58 PMI would love to lend a hand but Rocket Fuel prices for the Shuttlecraft Tundra are to high for me to even get out of Sacto.
I have to miss out on all the fun in Spass.
I am still looking for pillows, so far I only have one(veggie tales)and a bunch of stuffed animals donated for tribbles that I cant use.
I just need someone to get them from me if you want them for Yuri's night. -

Tue, April 8, 2008 - 7:17 PMOh bummer. Sorry you won't be joining us... IN SPAAAACE. Have you heard from Chief Engineer Gary? I'm not sure if he's planning on making the commute up to join us.
