we have all day for the outside set-up, which should be the bulk(larger pieces,fire,rvs,portas)

this isnt the UG, so we'll have to manage ourselves as diy as possible, and ask more questions earlier (just like you did here)
and fewer day of questions/waiting for answers should mean that since we have practiced for the big game, put me in coach, we're ready!
indoors the respective crews need to be READY, and with jellis "crater assignment plan", it should go as smoothly........

we need to rent a min. of 2 each trailer w/ portas, and they stay outside, since my aroma should be enough indoors for all to enjoy,
that + i want no part of indoor portas.

tops of ramps are to be used by their respective "crater campers", except for the one in the center of the room for the main sound/lighting
no makeshift stage - no time,no money, it can be worked around.

there are a few tables/chairs and an assortment of couches indoors - nothing outside, and not renting any additional as far as i know

there are a ton of leftover g.wires hanging from the rafters, will support alot - the walls are ok as long as we dont pound lots of holes.
the top arch of the a-frames are about 20ft high. we will have an 8ft ladder in addition to the one there.

doubtful, what with the "no smoking indoor" policy, but will find out
