  I may be a little late for this, but in the future, I work at the airport, and on the north side next to baggage claim is a bike rack. It is safe and it is covered. Plus that road goes out and behind the high school which is a safer ride than plumb.

    yes I found the bike rack on the north side! I left my bike for 3 weeks there. It was my burning man bike to be safer.
    We are very lucky to have an airport so close to the city (for those who travel).
    I hope more people wil ride their bike to the airport :
    -no parking fee
    -no stress at the stoplight for being late
    -a little of exercise for your legs before sitting for hours
