Re: Blythe Awards for 2007-08 season
Sat, July 26, 2008 - 11:19 PMSorry I haven't updated this post, but I have no more details now. It is still on for the 23rd, as far as I know.
Does anyone else have any info? I haven't received my ballot, so I don't even know who has been nominated.
Hopefully in the next week we will get some more info on this exciting event! -

Re: Blythe Awards for 2007-08 season
Fri, August 1, 2008 - 11:07 PMOkay, got some news!
The 14th Annual Blythe Awards will be held from 4-7pm at Bartley Ranch Regional Park on Saturday, August 23, 2008.
There will be a BBQ, updates on all things RLT, election of new board members, and presentation of the Blythe Awards honoring the best of RLT's 73rd season.
You need to RSVP. If you didn't receive an invite in the mail and you were involved in a show this season then go to RLT's website and on the left-hand side click on 'contact us' and let them know you didn't. Members go free and can bring one guest. Additional guests are $5.
A member is defined as: life members; Board members; committee members; Box Office and Lounge personnel (ushers); actors, directors, and crew for any of this season's productions; Season Ticket holders; anyone who made a financial or material donation to RLT this past season.
Hope to see you there! Should be a lot of fun! It was a very good season. Let's celebrate that. -

Re: Blythe Awards for 2007-08 season
Sat, August 23, 2008 - 11:23 PMThanks, Sass!
I feel good about "The Bug" winning best set. This is my second time being in a show that ends up winning that honor. (the other being 2006-07 "Early One Evening at the Rainbow Bar & Grille")
Coincidence? I think not.
Cast me: you'll win best set award. Yee haw! :)
