When a certain starting point such as Red Magnetic Dragon is combined with an ending point such as Yellow Cosmic Sun is used; than this time period in between can be used as a combo of the 2 galactic signatures. You can look the dates up of various events, are make up the combinations and then look up the dates yourself. I got this independently from researching www.tortuga.com.
