You are at the start of the game.

You're sitting in the Noosphere Convergence & Activation Lounge.

There's tea and biscuits. You vaguely recognize some of the others sitting there.

Some others are standing together, talking in small groups. You suddenly notice that they're not talking as much
as in telempathic resonance. Something rhizome-ish emerging in the midst of these groups,
and these rhizomes trailing, spinning off back in time.

Heck, you think for yourself, how can those twirly rhizome thingies travel backwards in time?

How do they do that anyway? That telempathic resonance?

And, how come I seem to mostly understand what a rhizome is?

Oh, shit, there's John, from the 100th tribe!

Can't really hear what he's saying...

He is coming towards me....

John:
You're here! Most welcome! Thanks for being here!

You know, the name of the game, is the game of your true name.
As you've already managed to come here, to the 2012 lounge,
you are your true name. Congrats! Well done! I never doubted you would make it!

Now, the game begins - if you want to.
Travel back in time, and initiate a dialogue with your time-twin.
The one who seems to live in the time indicated by the gregorian time-stamps,
within the small text-boxes in a virtual meeting place called tribe.

To help you out to begin with, there's my time twin, conveniently called John Kellden,
same as the real me here in the 21 Dec 2012 lounge.

He will offer clues now and then, although he will probably be slightly non-linear from a gregorian
perspective. This is due to him and me remaining in near-constant contact.

He will also now and then tag your posts/comments/cards, with strange looking combinations of numbers.
If you'll ask him why, he will tell you that those tags are for kairotic dating. Enabling the players
to move from here to there. These are bi-directional, at least from where I sit.

Which simply means that in order to play, you simply have to post in the Rhizomatic tribe.

The objective is to consciously connect, between your here and now self, here in the 21 Dec 2012 lobby,
with your time-twin burrowing within the gregorian time-tunnel.

To make the game more fun
and challenging, it will at times seem as if you are almost all there, within the tunnel, burrowing.
At other times, it will feel like there's two voices, in a stereoscopic refrain and counterpoint
going on inside your mind. Dont worry, there's only one of you, and you're perfectly safe here
in the lounge. The worst thing that can happen is for you to run out of tea and biscuits.

Other players will find their way to the gameplay, in their own due time. Easiest is to point other
prospective players, to this thread. If this story here resonates strongly enough, they will begin
to play as well.

The other groups you see here in the 21 Dec 2012 lounge, are other groups, playing approximately
similar games. They're also sending rhizomes/thoughts/considerations/intentions/playingcards,
back in time, to their time-twins.

Around the other half of the time-twins, those back in the gregorian time-tunnel, there will appear
islands of the future, attracting those of a similar persuasion, all those who are intent on playing
infinite games.

In the rhizomatic tribe, there will appear cocreated rules and guidelines to allow players to play.
In a sense, the rhizomatic tribe is a Half-Way House for Gregorian Polarization Fragmentation Procrastination
Ordinary Consensus WalMartrix Reality Addicts. Just outside the Half-Way House, you'll prolly notice a
throng of people even worse off - chanting GWB, GWB, GWB! - either pro or con. That said, there's projects
underway at the 21 Dec 2012 lounge, to open more Half-Way Houses, so as to accomodate more prospective
players, and to wean other possible sentient beings to chant other tunes.

There's of course a range of other Half-Way Houses,
www.halfwayhouse.co.uk/
to cater to other tastes, ie for those who want to
remain semi-conscious until arriving at the lounge.

I wonder why John is talking so much. Has he hidden clues in the very words?

Or should I just listen to what he's saying, and go back to the Rhizomatic tribe,
to the HalfWay House there, and ask his Time Twin?

When I had finished this trail of thought, John had moved far way at the other end of the lobby.
I now saw that the lobby was an immense building, and I also noticed the architecture,
an amazing, organic looking structure. I also noticed a faint shimmer here and there,
and sounds I couldnt quite make out. Some of the sounds seemed to emanate from those
twirly rhizome thingies. Some of them seemed like a cross between a piece of music,
and a snippet of text. Then a strange thought occured to me - what if those rhizomes are
thoughts, ideas, posts carrying my own authentic voice.

And then John's voice carried all across the lounge:

- Great! You've got it already!
[ They only appear twirly 'cause they're being transmitted from your time-twin,
from here in the lobby, and from your collectively sentient group! ]
That's exactly it! Now go visit your burrowing twin, and play!
