Richland Theater Closing After 50 Years

Richland, WA - After giving movie lovers a place to go for over 50 years, the Richland Uptown Cinemas is finally closing its doors. The Uptown theaters opened its doors back in 1951. One by one neighboring theaters from the same period closed over the years. And now finally Uptown Cinemas will join the list. Regal Cinemas sold the property to carpet businessman Warren Luke who said he might turn the building into a home for retail stores.
