Bring a blanket or yoga mat or whatever makes you comfie on the floor.....I'm afraid the floor is hard and a little chilly.

I hope everyone left with a hoop that you will give lots and lots of flight time to each and every day.....you've adopted a ring of energy that needs your help to stay alive. Keep it moving...and it will surely give back in ways that will amaze you.
Big thanks to Joe for making sure we had plenty of tubing and yummy, yummy tape.
It was a great time and we will do it again soon, I promise. PLUS, keep your eyes out for a Hooping Workshop sometime in February......
