Curious if you are actually living there? I noticed it says you're in SF, CA so are you actually living there or is someone else and it would be shared with them? My boyfriend has his own place very close by (on parkwood ave near auburn too) and we're both burners. It's also nice to know when there is another burner in the neigborhood.
