Come join Hoop-Active at the Glen Allen Cultural Arts Center for some hoop dance family fun on March 22nd from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. What a great way to spend some healthy, quality time with your families. We have designed a workshop around using Hoop Dance to entertain your inner child while sharing that fun and playful side of yourself with your own child, or family member. Allow Hoop-Active to teach you exciting hoop dance techniques such as breaks, reverses, lifts, wheelies, jumps and MORE! It's bound to be a day to remember!
