Last night our friend caught some guys trying to siphon the gas from our van and chased them down the street. They left behind their gas can and their crack pipe...um...

they'd hafta be pretty brazen but i guess crack heads usually are.... -

We just rescued a guy from Oakland who was living in an Air Stream trailer with two guys from New Orleans. The were broke-down-stranded at a Shell station in 5th ward.
It does not look so safe to me..The guy from Oakland wanted to leave because they had been there for 3 days and he was getting claustrophobic.
I surely would not want to weather a hurricane in a broken down trailer in 5th ward...no telling what could happen. -
