Danny and Chris are here in Tecuala with me now and we are in a hurry to head off on another adventure... not sure if it is hotsprings or the beach.

Rob Dew just sent an email saying he is planning to come the first week of April, and Rosie and her man are coming next week.

Roblito's big town party is April 10th... if anyone else wants to come for that.

It would be good to have a digital projector here to project the video and images we've shot thus far during their dance on the 10th. If anyone wants to help make that happen, Rob Dew could bring it down from LA.

I am completely out of money, so I can't even afford to spend more time online to update and upload pics for you all to see. If you still want to contribute to this project, now would be a good time.

Much love and thanks to all of you!

I'm really going to try to be there that last week before you leave. Even if for just a few days I want to see Roblito and your life there.

Christine, thanks a lot for your donation. This show of support does more than what the money will buy. I want to know who is really here to make it happen. I made some more money hooping at a night club and my folks added another 500 to my account, so I am ok for funds myself. I want to see what we can do as a group of amazing people when we put our engery together.

Thus far, Jeff has been the stand out Action Hero here as far as being creative and bringing his all to the project. Vicki has been making clothes for other ladies with the sewing machine he gifted. As I was eating dinner and she was using the machine, I said "Gracias, Jeff!" and she returned "MUCHO Gracias, Jeff!" and went on to say that she will use it to support herself, and how much she likes making clothes. She is good too. She couldn't afford a machine charging what she is... 2 bucks a blouse.

The others that have been here have given too... the bikes have been a big help. The past two days one kid has borrrowed a bike to get to school in another town... and would have had to walk the 6km otherwise.

I can't write more now, as Danny is in a hurry to play piano in another town on the way back to Roblito. Danny posts to his blog at www.ragginpianoboogie.com/blog.php

I am currently cleaning out the ruins of Gabe's old house to make a space for plastic and glass bottles to be collected. Lots of people have warned me about getting bit by snakes, but luckily I have only found one little one and lots of frogs and lizzards. Playing with the bricks and burning brush has been fun too. Before the Dia de Ejido.... Riblito's big town party, we will fix up the playground that is falling apart by painting it and adding a new floor and seats to the spinning globe, which is like a merry-go-round. Christine's $50 will go toward buying the sheet metal and paint.

The hot springs the other night were amazing, and then Danny played Piano under the stars.... what a feeling..... magic!

Hey max, thanks for the kind words. I am glad that vicky is putting the sewing machine to good use. It would have been nice to trade tips with her but i think the language barrier didn't start to fade until the last few days.

Jeremy and I made it safely back to the U.S. And we are both bummed that we are still not in Roblito (me more so). He is hanging out here with me in Roswell for a couple more weeks so we can put on an art show/party before we move on.

I hope that I can make it back next year. Are you still going home in mid april or has the ecotourism thing extended that?

Where is chris? is he still there? I laccidentally left some books there that I would like to get before next year and thought maybe chris could drop them off in LA for me to pick up if I ever get there.

Christine, sorry I never saw you in Roblito, maybe next year.

Jeff.... I was wondering about the books. Chris just left.... and Danny is with me here in Tecuala.... but leaving for Mazatlan from here. I was planning to go with him, but Rosie is on her way here, arriving tomorrow or the next day, so it looks like I will need to stay in tecuala until she gets here. I will try to get Danny the books before he leaves Mazatlan, if he will agree to take them. No bets on that. I will do what I can. Are there any books you want to leave.... like the drawing paper?

I am leaving on the 19th of April as planned, and staying home until the fall for sure. We'll see how things pan with the Palmillas project.

Rock on with the party and art show!

I will look forward to getting a CD of the pictures you and Jeremy took, as well as those of mine that are still on your computer that I do not have.

Thanks for all your good energy!

Yeah, if you can get the books to the states that would be sweet. I think the paper you are talking about is my drawing notebook, I would like that especially since it has many of my first drawings. If you can't get it to danny, maybe you can just tuck them away in the corner and I can pick them up next year.

I burned a dvd of your pics, just let me know where to send them.

Hey Jeff, I'm sorry I didn't get to see you again. But it could definitely happen in the future. I would have loved some sewing tips; I love to sew!

Cor (et al), I hesitate to even say it, but maybe I should and it will bring it about...I plan to do my darnedest to get to Roblito for the town festival. I was just away for several days (in the US) and my cats are ok so I will figure something out. I don't have work scheduled. The way is being cleared. I also don't want to promise for fear of not being able to come through but...my boyfriend has a projector and I approached him about borrowing it for a few days as long as I took full responsibility for it. He seemed open to the idea...we said we'd talk more about it when I came back (just got back today). So I'd still say if someone else can definitely come through with a projector, then all the better. But it appears there's a strong possibility I can bring one with me.

Looking forward to reading more updates in the next week or so before I get there.
