For me, it would be Dallas. The list from the defunct website labels the team as "Dallas-Ft. Worth", which leads me to believe that whoever made that list envisioned the two cities as one big megapolis! Dallas would be a Food city, according to the roster, so it's team would be wearing uniforms of Kelly green, just like Madrid, although with different details.
So, how about YOUR Rollerball team? Who do you support?

Re: So, who's YOUR local Rollerball team?
Thu, March 1, 2007 - 7:43 AMWell I grew up in Brisbane, Australia. It's mentioned in the original short story as being a Food city. So I suppose they would be my team. Considering how crazy my countrymen are over any kind of sport I expect they'd be a good team. Their colors would be similar to Madrid's I guess. Funny they are exactly my old high school uniform colors.

Re: So, who's YOUR local Rollerball team?
Tue, March 20, 2007 - 11:13 PMThe city I live in isn't big enough to have even a Rollerball farm team, frankly (Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, population roughly 75 000). So I guess I'd be rooting for either Calgary (which would be either a Food city or an Energy city; Energy's more likely) or Toronto.

Fri, June 15, 2007 - 12:06 PMRedruth. Redruth is an old cornish town with too many ex miners and descended pirates, their less hard offspring are skaters, skaters abound in Cornwall - mix that with the pirate/miner blood and you got a good dangerous volatile yet balletic team.
