thanks for sharing this. I think this is not a real romani song, but a kind of a `take` on the style, though at end of the end it`s just a detail and shouldnt stop anyone from dancing romani style to it. For someone who is learning still, has a job and all that jazz, I think you are doing well. it looks like you were having fun, and thats the most important thing. the hand gestures could be a bit more savoured in my opinion, instead of rapidly used. keep having fun! -

Wed, April 2, 2008 - 8:08 AMUnfortunately, I only have the names of the songs, that is, if "Agir Roman" is even a name. It just means "heavy Romani" in Turkish. I got the songs from Ahmet Luleci at a dance workshop he was teaching. Will keep checking if I can discover the musician's names. But this is basically what the Rom music sounds like in Turkey, isn't it?
We will see what happens after I learned more from Artemis Mourat. ; ) -
