I shoulda taken his picture... but there was a peasanty/piratey dressed guy walkin around at Travel Town today. There were no others, so it's not like there was an event or dress up party... best I can figure is he went to a local(ish) small faire, and decided to go to Travel Town on his way home. That was around 2pm, tho, and about a 2 hour drive from the nearest faire I can think of...
