Just rented a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two story townhome at Homecoming in North Natomas. Were looking for a third roommate, guy/girl/other, to take that third room! We are Non-smoking, no drugs, light alcohol use, mellow guys looking for a guy or girl around our age, student or professional. You get your own bedroom, and share bathroom with one person.
The complex has it all.... pool, spa, full gym, theater, business center, game room, players club, dsl, bbqs, in complex massage, conserige service, free dvd rentals, coffeehouse, and probally things I am still forgetting....
Must be kid friendly, 17 month old boy in the house 15hours a week. Hes fun to be around and not bratty at all. We are cool with having overnight guests as long as they are considerate. Our girlsfriends visit on weekends... Will consider pets, maybe a cat or a small dog (extra $$$).
