Has anyone noticed all the bird activity in our neighborhood lately? I'm not a birdwatcher by any means, but since the baby arrived, I have been walking around the neighborhood quite a bit (and at all hours). I regularly see owls (which perch on the 100 block of D street) , hawks (dog fighting with other birds), and ducks (a mating pair flying down E street). I know we're just a short distance from Bair Island (especially by air), but I'm still surprised at how much interesting bird activity we have right in our backyards.
