I just wanted to let you know that I am teaching a workshop tomorrow at Gypsy Hands Healing Arts Center TOMORROW, SATURDAY MAY 27!!! Noon to 5pm. The workshop will include an hour of yoga and toning, an hour of deep precision isolations in relation to chakras, and then a choreography to Solace's Nataraja (found on the Satya album). There will also be a HAFLA at Gypsy hands that night at 8pm, so this is a great chance to come out and meet dance affecionados in your region! The workshop is $55, the hafla is $10 or both for $60.
