Hey Sacramento hoopers. I forgot this is a 3-day weekend and it seems as if there are a lot of people who can't make it tonight... So.. let's try meeting on the tennis courts next Friday instead.

Let's meet at 6ish.
South Side Park is near downtown Sacramento between T and W off of 6th street. Here's a link to a google map:

The tennis courts are right off of 6th street closer to W next to the playground... and you can park on the street.
I don't have a working portable cd or ipod player.. so if you have one.. can you bring it?

I my loves in no way can make it tonight! I am in the middle of a "remodeling hell" right now. We are still cleaning up the mess of painting the living room the wrong color last week & the place is ransacked.
I must stay here (against my will) & work my ass off as we have company coming for thanksgiving next week. I am completely overwhelmed & apologize that I cant come to play with you guys.
I will be hooping in my head with you all, as I paint walls & fight a neck ache. Have fun & i hope to see you all next meet.

Not a great turnout
Sun, November 18, 2007 - 8:24 AMHooping wasn't so great. Only Leah and I were able to make it and neither of us had music.. so we didn't stay long. We did entice a young guy to try one of the larger hoops and he had a big smile on his face.. but didn't stay for very long.
Leah is checking into a possible indoor location with a mirrored wall.. but if that doesn't pan out, I think we might take a winter hiatus... maybe people will be more into it when spring arrives.
Wish you could have been there.. but I know your new place is taking priority right now. Can't wait to come visit!
