Sacred Bodies Pilates has been in operation since January of 2006. The studio is located at 525 E street in Eureka, California. The studio offers small group mat classes and private equipment training. Private equipment training is offered in solo or duet format and is the best way to reach your personal goals. Take advantage of utilizing equipment such as the Reformer, Stability Chair, Barrels and Cadillac with private equipment sessions. Work one on one with instructor Susie Kidd to create our individualized fitness plan and reach your goals.
Small group mat classes. Receive individual instruction in a small group limited to 8 students per class. These fun and challenging mat classes will motivate you and give you a full body workout by incorporating a variety of small equipment. Modifications will be suggested to increase your workout or accommodate injury rehabilitation.
