Hey there,
This is Stacy & Jerry, we have the pleasure of providing beautiful nutrients for you on our upcoming Havasupia Trip. I am however in need of a few items...
1. Propane Stoves....I will need about 3. fuel is helpful, but I can provide some as well.
2. Ideas and/or sources on water filtration for meals, coffee, etc.
3. Ideas and/or sources on food storage (keeping food safe from our neighborly-squirrels and such critters)
4. Tarps, tents or awnings and ideas for shelter in the event of rain or sun shelter during meals...
5. SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES, MEDICAL RESTRICTIVE DIETARY NEEDS
5. Any relevant tips and tools to assit Jerry and I in providing great meals for you.
We will providing Breakfast and Dinner.. Please feel free to offer some ideas, suggestions or request, for your meals.. I'm leaning toward a vegetarian menu, with lots (legumes, beans, quinoa)proteins, grains....vegetables/fruits that are hardy and sustainable, nuts, dried fruits and seeds..and some magical seasonings. Mon, May 15, 2006 - 11:59 AMI'll bring a stove. I won't be able to bring fuel, since I'm flying internationally. It takes that common, screw onto the bottom type. IsoButane:

Would you please pass along that I have a coleman two burner propane stove and a solar oven that can be used. The oven measures 22 x 12 x 18 (outside) and will get up to 300 degrees in the sun.

p.s. vegetarian works for me though I will eat meat if we go that way. I am a big fan of nutritional yeast and olive oil. Those are my only requests. -

I'm sorry to be so tardy in my response. I am not an internet person that much beyond e-mail and I hadn't realized you were asking me questions.
The stove is a two burner made by Coleman and it does have two side windflaps. I just have one 16.4 oz canister of propane. This canister is from Coleman and it is called HD-5 propane fuel. Let me know if you need anymore information. I look forward to sharing space and your cooking and I love your picture.

by chance do you know the model# apparently there are several models and they all don't adapt to the same canisters ???? Just want to make sure i don't buy the wrong type...sorry for being so pisnickidy...

The stove is a Coleman two burner model # 5410 and the propane canister that I have says that it is HD-5 propane fuel. Let me know if I can give you any more information.
