Following one of our conversations from last week's reunion, I researched the Flower of Life a little bit. A basic introduction can be found here - www.floweroflife.org/teachings.htm.

Personally.... I am fascinated by Sacred Geometry. And that is because I get Geometry.... but not the Sacredness in it, yet :)

Drunvalo has two books out called, "The Ancient Secrets of the Flower of Life" which discuss the origins of humanity, the rise of Lemuria, then Atlantis, then Egypt within the context of the cycles of awakening and sleep. Then he teaches the Geometry and then the Mer Ka Ba meditation itself. I've been doing the Mer Ka Ba for about a year now and it is definately a powerful meditaion. Basically you become aware of the three star tetrahedronal fields that surround our physical bodies. Normally those fields are spinning but for some reason they stopped when we all fell in Consciousness thousands of years ago. The Meditaion teaches you how to re-activate them and to tune them to our particular dimensional signature. When they are spinning they form a kind of Energetic space ship around our bodies that looks a lot like a UFO, and we can use that space ship as the vehicle of our spirits ascension.

There is also a man named Bob Frissel (google him) who does Flower of Life weekend workshops out past Bolinas where he initiates people into the Geometry and the meditation. I've not gone yet because it hasn't felt right but that is the best source of info close by. Also the Barnes & Noble off 101 has Drunvalo's books in stock. It is great info, I'm re-reading it right now. I had a big lifetime in Egypt doing this particular type of practice so I have a lot of affinity for this path and I am excited to talk to anyone about it more. It was too much to go into at our last meeting. Sameer: regarding the sacredness of geometry, it has to to with the relationship between form and spirit, the chalice and the sword. Form is necessary to create a space for spirit to enter and different forms attract different aspects of the divine, so the fundamental geometric shapes like circles, lines, squares, and triangles, all hold space for these aspects of the divine and when we meditate on them they contain amazingly dense information for our spirits. Just like they said in Field of Dreams, "if you build it, he will come."
