This is an inquiry for your interest in having me, a professional photographer, accompany you all on Constantine’s upcoming magical trip to Havasupai Falls.

Would you like a photographic record of this once-in-a-lifetime journey?

I would make photos unobtrusively throughout the trip, as I have on numerous magazine assignments over the years. I am sensitive to people’s desire for privacy or anonymity, and will always respect your wishes.

For those who would welcome a photographic record to the trip, I would then offer you this in several forms:

$25 – a CD of approximately 100 images, at a resolution suitable for use as a screen-saver (1200 pixels).

$50-95 — Archival prints of any image in three sizes:
8x10 - $50

11x14 - $75
16x20 - $95

$150 — a 30-page 8”x10” printed and bound photo album with approximately 100 images, including candids, portraits, landscapes, group photos, and photo impressions of the trip and you participants.

I would also offer discounted pre-payment packages, which guarantee me financing for the trip, and offer you substantial savings:

$150 — 100-photo album ($125) + one 8x10 print ($50) = SAVE $25

$100 — (3) 8x10 prints (@ $50 each = $150) of your choice = SAVE $50

$250 — 100-photo album ($125) + two 8x10 prints ($100) + one 11x14 print ($75) + CD ($25) = SAVE $75
