not a problem for me but a second Provider (licensed to grow up to 95 mature plants) has not come on line yet and the first and only Provider is now out of product, I hear. I'm surprised their medicine lasted that long literally supplying the whole state. Not sure now what the status is of any non profits that may have been licensed already? I heard that the state has been bombarded with 200 to 300 applications for a commercial license but that 98 percent of them do not meet the state health dept requirements in one or usually more way - people smell money and are throwing themselves at this
not funny that this bill was passed now years ago and basically no patients in the state have access to legal and safe medicinal marijuana

Re: New Mexico availability?
Sat, September 26, 2009 - 11:31 AMI think a lot of people are only focusing on profit. I highly respect your dedication to your vision. If you can do many good things AND profit is so much better than just being in it for the money. I'm beaming the energy of success your way man. BIGTIME!!! : ) -

Re: New Mexico availability?
Sat, September 26, 2009 - 11:40 AMthanks no good to panic and throw together an application obviously inadequate which is so much of what is happening but it is like a storm in a way a little scary but really i have no chance but to play my game - just like growing - keep looking ahead and slowly but surely taking ground
i'm waiting on a counter-offer on our potential new compound only 25 miles above Taos along the west flank of the Blood of Christ mountain range
now it is the hands that are not hands, the wings that do not beat but yet do soar, the gentle but decisive lift of destiny under the spirit ...
my personal MM crop witll be in - looking so good - before we move and we're going to put everything in storage and travel for a few weeks before closing just to get out of our buyer's hair. He really wants to get up here and prepare for a big fling on Thanksgiving and we need to get out of the way. I told my wife that instead of looking at it like a drag, figure any resort that takes dogs is open fare on our new vacation menu. We'll hopefull close after some vacation time in early Nov my guess around a hot spring in Jemez or Ojo where it will be a bit warmer than the higher mountains all around -

Re: New Mexico availability?
Sat, September 26, 2009 - 11:43 AMit's an el nino year and so pretty much destined to be early and heavy snows all winter with temps much colder than normal in northern NM - but seriously some of the best skiing in the whole world right there. There are skiers that cream their pants/painties just thinking skiing the powder in Taos
