Hi all! The weather is finally starting to give us a break and last night at the park we had a really great turn-out with a lot of fresh faces. A big thanks to everyone who came.

We have one event left happening here in June:

Saturday, June 28th: World Beat Festival
- Anyone who would like to join us at the World Beat Festival is welcome to come drum on Saturday at 5:30pm. We begin at 5:30, so if you can manage to get there a bit early that would be really helpful in making sure we are setup in time. We are planning on drumming for about an hour, but it could run longer than that. If you are interested.... just show up! I would suggest you park downtown somewhere as the park lots are off limits unless you have a parking pass. We will be located at the north end of the park near the waterfront. And lastly, keep your eyes open when reading the Statesman in the next couple of weeks. We have been interviewed, photographed and recorded a couple of times by a couple of different reporters, so you should be seeing something about the drum circle in upcoming issues of the Statesman.
