    ....actually- I'm also gonna ask for help, too. I've heard Kevin's lovely wife makes killer cookies, and I have a request to substitute Splenda for sugar. If anyone has experience with that and advice I'm all ears.
    I have to run to class right now- recipes tomorrow. :)
