  you should check out san diego flow toy class, they meet every Monday and can show you everything you need to know. unfortunately they are on hiatus for the winter, but its free and fun, then we go eat pizza, drink bear then head to the beach for fire spinning. i think they are having Monday classes indoors on Wednesdays for like $2,
