Re: New To Hooping
Mon, May 11, 2009 - 2:14 PMThere are a few Hoop Instructors here in San Diego, I sent you a message about that, but beyond that, there is a regular meet up in Ocean Beach on Mondays. Taz has a flow class there, and they usually spin fire if you are interested in that as well. I hope that helps! :-)

Re: New To Hooping
Wed, May 13, 2009 - 11:15 AMHey Nevada,
come one out for my class, there is always people playing with the hoops
Ocean Beach Flow Class by Taz
That means the Ocean Beach Flow Class is back. So bring out your poi, staff, hula hoops, batons, fingers, balls, clubs, flags, and what ever else you want to spin and dance with.
Come meet up with people who love to play with these toys, learn new tricks, learn new concepts, practice new ideas, and enjoy the fun.
The structure of this class is informal. If you have specific questions, I will help you out and get you going. I will encourage the simple tricks but with a focus on maintaining an ambidextrous outlook and a huge encouragement towards dance and body range of motion. People of all skills levels are welcome and everyone finds something that they can take home even you think your topnotch.
Every Monday evening
Its Free
6pm till it’s too dark to see what’s going on.
