This wonderful workshop will transport you from herky jerky, mechanical moves to flowing through them with grace, expression and style! Using elements of Ballet and Modern dance we will:
Activate our core
Increase alignment
Extend arms and legs for a more graceful outline
Increase range of motion
Workshop several of your moves to take them to the next level
Increase economy of Movement
Learn Multi Awareness

Do you envision yourself leaping like a graceful gazelle, but seem to only be able to hop like a frog? This workshop focuses on techniques for great jumping and teaches many powerful jumps for all levels!
