This young girl, Ali McManus, is sick with cancer and would like to go see Hannah Montana.

Its a contest though so the more votes she gets the better. The kid in second place, Issac Minton (who is healthy btw), has an aunt on another message board who's having her friends vote.

I think it'd be a real nice treat for Ali to go especially in light of her medical condition.
