A little about me - I graduated from Western Culinary Institute in October 2004, and I've been in the SCA for about 12 years. I'm in Portland, OR, but have been known to travel to such places as Pennsic from time to time. I'm currently working on opening my own business, a combination of in-home catering for small groups (2-14 people) and in-home cooking classes.
