Trying to get stronger and develop more endurance so you can fight better or dance better or just walk around with more stamina at Pennsic? Working to lose weight so you can fit better into some style of garb you've always wanted to wear but just have never dared? Want to just feel and look your absolute best no matter what century you're in? Well, welcome to my world. Yes, I realize this wasn't a challenge shared by most people in period, when body image and ideals of health and beauty were vastly different from what they are in today's Mundania, but hey, we live in both the modern and Middle ages, and we owe it to ourselves to take the best care of our bodies that we can.
So okay, I'm going to try something here. I'm in the SCA, and I am trying to get fitter and healthier, lose weight, get stronger, all that "fun" (or not) stuff. And I could use some company along the way. How about you? Join in on the journey, and we can entertain each other along the way, while sharing experiences, advice, and support.
