Rain City Hoopers! Want to spend a day on Bainbridge Island hooping in a cool outdoor setting listening to some get-down bluegrass jams? The Bainbridge Bluegrass Festival is Saturday, July 24 from 12-8 PM---there's food, a local, handmade crafts bazaar by Indie Banditas Bazaar with incredibly unique and funky items and 8 hours of music. Best of all, you don't need to drive your car! Save time and $$, grab your hoop and sunscreen and walk on the Bainbridge Ferry. Bluegrass Festival organizers have arranged for transportation shuttles to get your fanny to Battle Point Park so you can eat, hoop and catch rays with no hassle! Shuttles run from 11 AM to 8 PM.
