Brooke forgot to mention other regulations from the city:
1) all pillows must be between 24 & 36 inches in length and between 18 & 24 inches in width.
2) all pillows must be covered with reflective tape for high visibility
3) pillow fill must be evenly distributed through the pillow, establishing an even tensor field. No pillow maces.
4) attendees must be above the age of 21
5) attendees must apply for a "pillow operators license"
6) attendees will undergo blood alcohol tests prior to fights
7) attendees must show proof of insurance
8) attendees must wear proper head gear, safety-toed boots. Males must wear a cup.
9) all hits will be on the torso, above the belt and below the neck.
10) all "flash fights" must be registered with the city two weeks prior to the event.
11) all fights must be patrolled by at least one police officer per 25 attendees. this cost shall be paid in advance by the fight organizers
12) a safety zone must be cleared one hour prior to the fight, marked by cones and reflective safety tape. This region must give at least 25 feet of distance between the fighters and the surprised citizenry
13) Prior to hitting another attendee, written consent must be granted. That consent will be valid for up to three strikes or one minute
14) after one minute of fighting, there will be a 30 second rest break. Water must be provided to attendees during these breaks, at the organizer's expense.
15) all fights must be carbon neutral. All increased breath output due to increased exertion must be offset via carbon offset purchases, tree planting, or holding one's breath for a time period equal to the length of the fight.
