Re: Where are you from?
Fri, August 12, 2005 - 9:41 AMI decided to move to Sedona during a weekend of camping in the midst of a powerful vortex area up on Shnebly Hill with my boyfreind. We fell in love with the beauty, peacefullness and the high vibrations of the natural realm here. After our experience on Shnebly we new we had to move here so we did. We had been living in Phoenix prior to our move to Sedona. What a contrast in
Energy! I really cant imagine wanting to live anywhere else now.

Wed, August 17, 2005 - 4:25 PMa week? lol! oh, 30 years will give a swift kick in the pants! i left l.a. after a friend said i should spend a weekend here some 8 years ago. i spent less than 24 hours, drove back to cali, saved up for 4 months and came home.
i miss the ocean, but only occasionally as getting to and from l.a. beaches is a hell in and of itself! (this includes o.c. just as much anymore!)

Re: Where are you from?
Fri, August 19, 2005 - 2:45 AMlol! The thing about LA is, no matter how spiritual or enlightened or psychedelic or psychic you are, you still have to gun it to get ahead in the traffic!
I'm from LA too (mainly Santa Monica). My brother lives in Flagstaff (not far from Sedona) and I lived in Tucson for awhile.
I am into the Lightarians lately over in Sedona so am planning a few trips to see my brother and visit Sedona too.
Once you develop enough anchoring in your True Self, the 'external' bad energy doesn't affect you as much, seems to me. So LA really can be a city of Angels, like anywhere else. ;) -

Re: Where are you from?
Mon, March 19, 2007 - 5:06 PMHello, Im new, and im from San Diego, ever since I was little I have always sense something in the east of my direction, is wasnt until I got older and my head always turned that I finally decided to ask....what in that direction... then I found out about sedona, I have had prophetic dreams, I knew about the 2012 thing since I was 11, felt and saw the other dimension next to us at 11, and my bday is the 11th haha so much 11, Ithen i found out that 11 is the channeling, ever since I was 14 I looked at the clocks at 11:11 and knew someone was hearing me and watching so I spoke to it...
Then I hit depression saw dead people, then an angel, then began my search for the truth and found pretty much all of it... all I have now is just to learn to keen up my psychic abilities, oh yes and im a moon mystic, it shows me pictures haha dont know exactly what thats called, but I seem to have that gift... I can see auras, but not to well on people yet, mostly I see them without the intention like when i grab a coffee cup I see its aura and I always see the tree auras, and one time I saw the whol mountains lit up in a big white aura...it was awsome...
Does any one see the orbs and silvery things floating in the sky (deja vu) oh yeah I get those all the time to. deja vus, have had them specially a lot these past two days... like every 15 or so minutes... is something coming? -

Re: Where are you from?
Mon, May 14, 2007 - 6:50 PMOGUN & OSHUN OF THE CANYONS
RoyalYoruba@aol.com
SEDONA----
As native African-Americans we offer to the world the channeling of the ancient orisha deity Ogun, the deity of iron, truth and self-revelation. In the 4,000 year old tradition of African orisha indigenous spirituality, Ogun offers breakthrough in the many questions and concerns individuals have, and directions needed on their journey. Ogun is honest and has a no holds bared approach to revealing his messages to the individual. Baba Ogunwale A. Omo AsiPade was initiated in Oyo, Nigeria as a orisha priest of Ogun by Baba-Ba! AsiPade Ogundiya Iroko Abimbola. He named Ogunwale “Omo AsiPade” meaning “Ogun the hunter, child of the High Ogun Chief of Medicine.” The Baba-Ba recognized the familiar spirit in the American-born Yoruba devotee and claimed the 40 year old as his child. As a result for such an honor, Ogunwale possesses the gifts of channeling the orisha, other beings of light and clearing away dark energies.
Immediately following the channeling session, Iya Oshunijumu Rebecca Smith is an initiated priestess of Oshun, the orisha of water, beauty, healing and abundance and a master Reiki healer of the diamond light. Oshunijumu picks up where Ogun leaves off. She offers the individual the DNA healing of the new truth and revelations given in the Ogun channeling by combining ancient African spirituality with Reiki, the “Brotherhood of the light”, and various Shaman medicine energies. Iya Oshunijumu was initiated in Lagos, Nigeria and has been guided by master teachers, shamans, priests and prietesses for over 17 years.
At the end of these two sessions, both Ogunwale and Oshunijumu, happily married for 11 years, offer counseling to the individual as a means to help integrate the sessions mentally, physiologically, and spiritually.
We use herbal baths, a healing table, privacy, and readings which follow the sessions. Along with our fee, the orishas request donations of one or both of the following; rum, gin, fruit, honey or fresh herbs such as parsley and thyme. These offerings can then be used for individual baths. Discount rates are available depending on the length of time of the sessions. We are located in West Sedona. Further information call us at 443-421-2308.

Sun, August 17, 2008 - 10:22 AMHi, I just joined the tribe. I'm from Cedar Creek, Texas. The last few months I have had a strong feeling (need) to go to Sedona, not sure why, I've never been there before. From pics it looks like an awesome place. That's one reason why I wanted to join this tribe. Hoping to make the trek to Sedona in Oct.
