Sera gave birth this morning to a healthy baby girl! I don't have details like a name or how big she is, but I know mom and baby are doing well. Send some love out to her!

NO ONE would be surprised if she was able to, she's that toned and keeps herself in amazing condition. I'm sure there were zaghareets from the female staff in the hospital after the umbilical cord was cut. :)~ -
