A place for writers to come to their senses. Does your writing elicit the occasional moan and "peel" of delight? How would you like to share it with an appreciative audience, lovers of food and lovers of love and the love artists who love them?

We are open to writers of all stripes, we love to read the following: short story, poem, recipes, essay, neo-benshi, ditties, short-short or flash fiction or an excerpt from your novel, play or screenplay. Requirements: if you are a food writer/culinary expert/chef/sommelier it would be really cool to see you write erotica. If you write erotica it would be really interesting if you submit something that has culinary leanings. Keep your voice, switch genres for the fun of it. Let's see what we can all cook up in this space.

I started SexyFood® this year because my mind body split was widening fast; I lost track of my senses and hungered for a return. After experiencing major transformative events last Spring,
I felt moved to cultivate a community that celebrates life lived in the body. SexyFood® is here partly because I saw a need for us all to lighten up and enjoy the present and to connect to one another on a much simpler plane. It really boils down to this, SexyFood® is here to help us all come to our senses, shut off the noise of the saber rattlers, hawks & other idiots long enough to recharge our batteries and to be more present in our daily lives.
