Big Theater Lover Productions announces auditions for the new original musical comedy, Big Dipper, a fun show that chronicles the exploits of two bears as they try to make sense of the world from a bar stool. The characters around them search for love and identity at their favorite bar, the Big Dipper

Six roles, all male.
Actors should be masculine yet be able to pull off a showtune.

Auditioning for:

Larry: A burly bear with a beard, 30-45, tough but sweet natured
TJ: Tall, thin, preferably bald with a goatee, 30-45, always attached to Larry
David: The romantic lead, 30-45, strong singer
James: Youngish looking male, 20-35, slightly stocky, strong tenor
Bart: Manly man with mustache, 30-50, good comic timing
Sergio: Effeminate, fit, non-bear, 20-30, very showy

Performances at the Dark Room Theater in San Francisco September 19, 20, 26, 27.
This is the first run of a show that will move to a larger stage with a longer run.
Rehearsals will be Wednesday evenings Aug.13th- Sept. 17th.

Auditions will take place at the Shotwell Studios on Sat, July 19th.
