This class series will guide students through the fundamental elements of poi movement. We wil focus on technique and the basic understanding of how to manipulate the poi effectively to create the basic poi movements.

Last session was so much fun and I am hoping to see alot of you all again to continue the series and your practice. Since this session is 5 classes where the previous was 3, we will be getting into some more intermediate moves towards the end of the series. Feel free to sign up for the whole session or drop in for the last few classes. If anyone wants to know what moves will be taught in what class just send me a tribe and i will let you know.
