Transform your style of playing with toys through beat and dance. The class emphasis is on using impact toys in a percussive, rhythmic, and spiritual flow style. <br/> <br/>Additionally, it will cover developing an intention prior to play, how to create energetic flow with various toys, energy building with your play partner, maintaining mindfulness, and safety. <br/> <br/>The first hour consists of a lecture with handouts and demonstrations with a demo-model. In the second hour, the attendees will engage in hands-on play with their partners. Ms. Heart and her demo-model will assist attendees, answer individual play questions, and give tips. <br/> <br/>Bring a partner to practice on, wear comfortable clothes, and bring a few impact toys, (paddles, straps, slappers, crops, canes etc.), pillow and a small blanket/yoga mat.
