I'm a late-20s tech entrepreneur trying to put together an awesome home. I just moved back to San Francisco after a year and a half of Seattle exile. I'm setting my upper limit to $1,600/month.. From what I'm seeing, we should be able to find something pretty sweet in that price range. I'm thinking a place where the main area has 20 foot ceilings, but each person has their own private bedroom of course. Preferrably a place where we can do a bit of creative open space rigging.
