I am needing to get away from my house from time to time especially to get some work done. I am a website and collateral designer and there are just too many distractions at home. Plus, I just need to get away from time to time.

So, ideally, I would like to find an office but an office that if I needed to, I could spend the night there from time to time. I also have a small dog that I would like to be able to bring with me to the office sometimes so it would need to be a dog-friendly place.

I prefer somewhere in Marin County BUT ... I may consider the East Bay or San Francisco if it was just a deal I could not pass up.

I am thinking no more than $500 a month including utilities and dsl. I would hope there would be a bathroom either with the office or easily accessible safely in the building.

If someone has an extra room in their home that they think would work for this type of situation, that would certainly be something to think about as well.
