I'm a late-20s tech entrepreneur trying to put together an awesome home. I just moved back to San Francisco after a year and a half of Seattle exile. I'm setting my upper limit to $1,600/month.. From what I'm seeing, we should be able to find something pretty sweet in that price range. I'm thinking a place where the main area has 20 foot ceilings, but each person has their own private bedroom of course. Preferrably a place where we can do a bit of creative open space rigging. Wanted small space in Monterey

August and I are looking for a rental in SF

We are looking for an apartment in SF to be closer to the SF Citadel. We have a tight budget but we are paying $900 for an in law space in Oakland.

Our problems:

1. Dog, sweet and quiet

2. Shitty credit

Our positives:

We are nice,

We have furniture

We are quiet

We are not there too often

We run a dungeon

We are kinky and have lots of good energy

I work full time at AT&T so we have income and we run the SF Citadel

Anyone have any ideas?

Looking for office, room, studio to rent ...

I am needing to get away from my house from time to time especially to get some work done. I am a website and collateral designer and there are just too many distractions at home. Plus, I just need to get away from time to time.

So, ideally, I would like to find an office but an office that if I needed to, I could spend the night there from time to time. I also have a small dog that I would like to be able to bring with me to the office sometimes so it would need to be a dog-friendly place.

I prefer somewhere in Marin County BUT ... I may consider the East Bay or San Francisco if it was just a deal I could not pass up.

I am thinking no more than $500 a month including utilities and dsl. I would hope there would be a bathroom either with the office or easily accessible safely in the building.

If someone has an extra room in their home that they think would work for this type of situation, that would certainly be something to think about as well.

I have a 65lb. Shepard who is mellow and very snuggly, but I have an opportunity to send him to Napa for a while, to live on a farm with dogs he loves, so I am teeter-tottering
I prefer Non-tobacco-smoking or outside Smoking, but it's not a deal breaker
Even though I am kink-friendly: Absolutely no minors or animals, or anything else illegal I haven't thougt of. No scat/blood play outside of a tub or peeing on a carpet (just messy ), no orgies every night or tweekers (not that I'm judging, just makes it hard for me to sleep). No sharing fluid bound toys, or taking toys without asking, well, you know, standard dungeon etiquette, etc.

I am a hetero-male-dominant, very queer friendly. I tend to be monogomous/very picky about who I play with. Please be as pan-poly-humpalotamous as you wish. All I need is that you and your guests respect the fact that I don't share my pets and I don't do men. I would be more than happy to assist another Dom/me within the above boundaries. I could be happy living in a pro-Dom/me environment or something like it, having you show off a slave in a sissy dress as long as i'm not super busy, being the burly dude who busts in with a baseball bat if things go awry, helping cut the ropes quickly if someone red-lights, etc. Outside of being a Domly-Dom I am a very sweet and mellow person, easy to get along with. I enjoy cooking, a neat and aesthetically pleasing living environment, and peace in the valley so to speak. I NEED a room mate who thrives on communication and does not greet each challenge with hostility, ie, a grown up. Eventually I shall get my own live in female slave, who shall always be helpful and not burdensome, but that's way down the road. I drink once in a while and that's it, as long as you keep things under control I don't care what you do, except crack, that just smells funky.
