MedicineYoga: A synthesis of traditional Sivananda Hatha Yoga,
Tai Chi, and Meditation, focusing on core spinal strength and flexibility, coordination of mind, body, and breath, and relaxed awareness maintained with gentle discipline. A unique experience, deeply restorative, healing, and transformational, taught by its originator, Gregory ‘Just-I’ Mullins, yogin. Suitable for All Levels.

Heating vinyasa flow fused with restorative asanas (postures), pranayam (breath) and meditation. This personalized practice adapts to the needs of each student, each day. Detailed instruction and assistance with alignment offers a strong foundation. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.
Stephanie Winn is certified in Yoga and Ayurveda,
studies Sanskrit, and practices bhakti yoga.
