looking for recycled folders and notebooks

I'm heading back to college in a few weeks and I'm having a difficult time finding recycled folders. I found recycled notebooks at Office Max, but in the future I'd love to get them at a local store here in SF. Does anyone have any leads on recycled school supplies? Thanks!

The Marsh is a non-profit theater located in San Francisco on Valencia st. We are small and are working towards beginning a network online to help bring in new talent and new patrons. We've been around for 18 years and are a breeding ground for new performance. Focusing on solo performance, but also branching out to others, we pride ourselves on being a place for performers to come and have an opportunity to display their work in front of audiences.

looking for rain/waterproof pants in San Francisco!

I will probably be gardening in the rain this winter, and I'm trying to find rain/waterproof pants that I can slip on over my jeans... hopefully something other than in clear or canary yellow. I am looking for a store in San Francisco that carries something like this. Any suggestions?
