Dear volunteer,

As partial fulfillment of my dissertation requirements for a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality, I am studying attitudes and behaviors concerning erotic breath control. The purpose of this study is to gather information about attitudes and behaviors concerning erotic breath control. You will be asked about your past and present breath control activities, if any, as well as your sexual history. This questionnaire is anonymous. You will not be asked for your name or individually identifying information.

Anyone over the age of 18 can participate. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact me at bcpquestionnaire@gmail.com.
