Peppered throughout these monumental statements are releases with class labels such as Harmonious Discord, Thoughtless Music, and his own outlet, KiloWatts Music, that celebrate his adept technical expertise, often bringing a whirlwind of mindblowing digital wizardry in the form of glitches and edits.
He began making music in the early 90s with DOS-based trackers and releasing them on BBSs through the demoscene. He was a driving force in the foundation of Soulseek Records, a netlabel celebrating independent musicians during a time of heavy backlash from the record industry against filesharing. Thu, May 28, 2009 - 7:49 PMShit guys, I am torn now, since my interview on Monday AM (trying to get into grad school for my MAT) is kinda early, and I don't know if I can both go to this, and go to the interview, and not have lack of sleep from one negatively effect my performance at the other. I'd like to do both-I don't want to sit this one out, but I may have to, I don't know. I suppose I can always go to the party in July? -

Tue, June 2, 2009 - 3:17 PMIt looked and sounded good to me. The music was great (loved the Continuum Sound horn setup), the deco was sweet, and the visuals were awesome all tied together with a nice mellow feel good vibe. There were a couple of small problems that I heard about but from my perspective the party still went off quite well and was not affected.

Tue, June 2, 2009 - 3:22 PMThe campout went good, but turnout was pretty low. The vibe was really nice though. Exceed completely killed it... Augmented Visuals were amazing. Alex and Katie did a fantastic job with deco. It was really great to spend a weekend out in the woods with everyone... -

Tue, June 2, 2009 - 7:42 PMThanks guys! That was seriously thrown together with wedding leftovers and beautiful geometrics found in Jeff and Adrienne's tub of fabric. They made the two jellyfish as well. I love how things just come together.
