Hi all!

I'm pleased to announce my return next month and I bring with me knowledge accumulated during my studies in San Francisco to share with you :)

I'll be teaching a workshop on Sunday November 26th from 2-5 pm (although it may start a bit earlier depending on the studio schedule).
We will start with a yoga influenced warmup, then we will drill technique and finish with a short tribal fusion choreography. Registration is limited to a small group.

2-5pm
$40 in advance, $45 on the day of the event.
