More reasons to join Sharon in Vegas!! Our room rates just dropped!!

Due to the crazy economic climate, the room rates at Palace Station dropped below our previously contracted rates. They have graciously agreed to match the low rates that they are currently offering.

We are very excited to announce that our new room rates are $20-$30 less a night! That's a substantial savings to our attendees and also makes it very easy for our locals to get rooms too.

Anyone that has already booked with our group Reservation ID "PCIBDI9", will automatically receive the new rates. If you happened to book your room outside of our block, please drop an email to Samira@bellydanceintensive.com so we can make sure that the event gets credit for your booking, although you will need to contact Palace Station directly to get our rates. Thanks so much!!

    We are so excited to announce that we have upgraded our magazine-sized Event
    Guide. Not only will have great content including maps of the venue, an index
    of performers, teachers, & vendors, articles, show line ups, bios photos,
    festival information, and your business ad (of course!), but it will be "PERFECT
    BOUND" (like an actual magazine) and it will have a COLOR cover!

    Additionally, the layout is organized by professional graphic artists, Carolee
    Cameron & Rick King, so that the presentation and quality is something our
    attendees will cherish. It'll be a keeper, for sure!!

    Additionally, there are inexpensive ways to promote yourself or your business.
    As we did last year, we have basic ($10) and premium listings ($25) in our
    vendor directory or the performer/instructor directory.

    New this year, we are accepting 1/8 page "Vanity Ads" ($30) that are perfect for
    saying "Thank You" to your favorite teachers or "Best of Luck" to your favorite
    festival dancer. These "Vanity Ads" are a terrific way to send some love to
    your troupe, instructor, classmates, friends, or family.

    We are excited to share that we have attendees coming from 26 States, a huge
    contingent from Canada, several from the United Kingdom and Greece. This is
    going to be the largest Intensive we've seen in Vegas, yet!! It's a great year
    to advertise or place a "Vanity Ad".

    We have limited space and several of our vendors are advertising already.
    Please don't delay. All ad submissions and payments must be received by August
